Class Times

Power Vinyasa Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 -7:00 pm and Wednesday from 10:30 to 12:00 noon at The Spirit Moves Studio, 1840 Willamette St. (18th and Willamette, 2nd Floor). Bring a mat, towel and water. First time students please come 15 minutes early to register!
